The bay of Telašćica is located on the south-eastern part of the Dugi otok island. It is the largest and best protected natural harbor on the eastern coast of the Adriatic. There are five islets in the bay of which the most extraordinary is the islet of Taljurić that is actually a small rock slab. The area abounds with richness of flora and fauna. Within the park is situated a donkey reserve. Lake Mir is situated in the south-western part of the Park. The water in the lake is salty due to the underground canals that are connected with the sea. Archeological excavations made in the area indicate that the place was inhabited from the earliest periods.

Departure from Zadar in the morning. Cruising towards the southern part of the Dugi Otok Island where the sea embraces Telašćica. Use the sailing time for relaxing while reading the book, sunbathing or simply enjoy in picturesque Mediterranean landscapes.  Upon arrival at the Nature Park you will have some free time for swimming and snorkeling. Take a walk around and don`t be afraid of the donkeys. They are timed but like people, especially if you give them a treat. The tour continues with short sightseeing of the salt lake Mir. Afterwards the boat departs towards Zadar and stops for a short swim in a secluded bay. On your way back to Zadar your skipper will show you the basics of sailing

Dario took us out for a day of sailing around the Kornati islands and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Croatia! Dario made the day easy and fun – selecting the best route for us and taking us to some great places for swimming. Dario is a great skipper – we really enjoyed his company and he made the day awesome. Highly recommended for your next Croatia vacation!

It was such a nice day sailing near Zadar and Telascica Park. Weather was great and Dario our Skipper was really nice! It’s a small group boat which means you don’t feel like those big touristic boats but more in a “family” trip.
I Highly recommend this tour 🙂

It was such a wonderful sailing trip for me and my friends. We enjoyed every moments. The boat was very nice and the skipper Peter was excellent. Amazing coast, beautiful islands and phenomenal scenery. Definitely recommend!

We have absolutely enjoyed our sailing cruise the last week of May, from the moment the van with Nina picked us up from our rooms to when we were back in the Marina 4 days later .

We are a group of female friends that travel together every year for 5-7 days, always a little bit off season to enjoy the places when they are not invaded by tourists. This time
we have been very lucky , with perfect weather and very few people (except for Telascica park where there are big boats full of tourists)

Most of the group didn’t have any sailing experience, but the sailing trip has been a real success : The boat is beautiful, perfect size for the area, well equipped and well kept. And Peter an outstanding skipper , skilled and relaxed , making sailing and docking seem absolutely easy and at the same time fun , taking care of the people and even finding creative solutions to make sure everyone was enjoying each day.

If planning a sailing trip to Zadar don’t hesitate a second to choose them.

We were sailing to Telascica national park with the skipper Petar and had a very good experience. He is an excellent skipper and has a positive personality with a warm smile on his face. Blue sky, sunny day, crystal clear turquoise water in Telascica, everything was perfect. Wind was moderate and we sailed just part of the way. Sadly, on one couple’s request to arrive as soon as possible to Zadar we were using the engine on our way back. All in all I would recommend them as you will get an excellent sailing experience worth taking if you are in the area of Zadar.
